Children should have a proper sleep at night and try to sleep before 9 to 10 o’clock because irregular sleep disrupts hormones.
He reminded: Before the end of puberty and the closure of the growth plates, factors other than genetics, such as nutrition and exercise, can increase or decrease the growth of children and adolescents, for example, stretching sports such as basketball, volleyball and swimming can increase height. have a positive effect.
Alaei said about precocious puberty: if the signs of puberty occur in girls before the age of 8 and boys before the age of 9, then we say that our child has undergone precocious puberty, only before this age includes precocious puberty, and a girl who shows signs of puberty at the age of 8 If age appears in him, he has a premature puberty compared to his age, but it is not an abnormal or disease.
He added: Premature puberty generally happens for unknown reasons, but the presence of tumors may be effective in causing it. So that precocious puberty in boys is more worrying and its origin may be a tumor in most cases, while in girls the origin of precocious puberty is mostly unknown.
Mohammad Alaei stated: To prevent premature puberty, it can be easily prevented by consulting a specialist doctor and injecting an ampoule every 28 days.
This specialist in endocrinology and children’s metabolism considers the importance of preventing premature puberty to be mainly two things: first, that the final height of the child should not be shortened, even though he has a very good height at the age of onset of puberty, and second, that sexual feelings should not occur at an unusual age.
