Prevention of hormonal problems in women
If women are concerned about their beauty and health even during menopause, it is better to take care of their hormones and regulate them and prevent the occurrence of cancers and malignant tumors in their bodies.
Farideh Mowahed, gynecologist and obstetrician, pointing out that the interval between puberty and the beginning of hormonal changes until menopause is effective in their health and longevity. He said: Malignant ovarian tumors are one of the most important health issues for women.
In this condition and disease, the sooner women reach puberty and the earlier their hormonal changes begin and the later they go through menopause, because the time and number of their ovulations are longer, they are naturally more exposed to cancer and malignant tumors.
He added: Various factors, including old age, history of infertility, ovulation stimulation drugs, early puberty and below 8 years old or before 12 years old, menopause at the age of 55 years are effective in the prevalence of ovarian tumors, especially the malignant type.
Mowahed clarified: Nutrition does not play a very important role in the prevention of ovarian cysts, but in the case of malignant ovarian tumors, fat diets play a role to some extent.
This gynecologist and obstetrician emphasized: the use of palak powder, which was present in surgical gloves in the past, high-fat diet, consumption of galactor, early puberty and advanced age of menopause are effective in the occurrence of ovarian cancers.
He continued: The more women ovulate multiple times, the longer the time of hormonal changes, or the more genetic changes and mutations they undergo during ovulation, the more effective it is in the spread of ovarian cancer.
Mowahed advised: Taking birth control pills and preventing pregnancy because it prevents ovulation and closing the tubes is effective in preventing ovarian cancer.
The secret of breastfeeding mothers and ovarian health
This obstetrics and gynecology specialist said at the end: During pregnancy and breastfeeding, ovulation stops or less ovulation occurs, so the more the number of births, the healthier the ovary will be.
Mothers who breastfeed their children will have healthier ovaries because ovulation stops or decreases during breastfeeding.
A specific diet of low-fat foods, consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables, walking, exercise, having children as a protective effect, the number of children and childbirth prevent the occurrence of ovarian cancer.
