8 bad beauty practices that you should not do

Good beauty habits are very easy, not following these habits will hurt you in the long run. These practices are no longer interesting and pleasant, so leave them.

1. Shower with very hot water

A hot shower may feel good, but it dries out the skin and can weaken the blood vessels, causing the capillaries to burst.

2. Up and down the mascara in the tube

Moving the mascara wand up and down in the tube introduces air into the tube, which can increase the bacteria and infection of your eyes. Also, a lot of mascara stays on the brush and makes your lashes look clumpy and heavy.

Remember that after three months, you should throw away your mascara and buy a new, bacteria-free mascara.

3. Not moisturizing the body completely

Be sure to moisturize your neck and décolleté (lower neck) in addition to your face. These areas need hydration as much as your face.

Also, if your moisturizer contains SPF, don’t use it at night because it may clog your skin pores and prevent cell regeneration. If you can’t buy 2 different creams, it’s better not to use moisturizer at night and just sleep with clean skin.

4. Spray perfume on the neck

If you wear perfume in the morning, don’t spray it on your neck, especially if you go out without covering your neck skin. Most perfumes have an alcohol base, and if your skin is exposed to sunlight after wearing perfume, it may cause pigments to accumulate in your skin tissue.

5. Do not apply sunscreen under moisturizer

Apply your sunscreen under your moisturizer to make sure nothing is blocking the sun’s harmful rays.

6. Excessive use of

Dark tanner

Choose a color that is just a few shades darker than your skin tone and instead of applying it all over your face, use it to highlight your face.

7. Applying dry shampoo to the scalp

Applying dry shampoo to your scalp may cause flaking, so hold the shampoo bottle about 15cm away from your hair and spray it gently throughout your hair, not on your scalp.

8. Sitting cosmetic brushes

Once a week, wash your makeup brushes to get rid of old materials, dirt and bacteria on the brushes. You can just use a mild shampoo and warm water. Just be sure to rinse them thoroughly, and only wash the bristles, not the entire brush. At the end, place the brushes horizontally to dry.
