For healthy children 5 years and older, consuming 1 to 2 tablespoons of cream a day can provide the vitamin D and calcium they need.
Some pediatric nutritionists also believe that consuming small amounts of cream in children with gastrointestinal problems can improve the function of probiotic bacteria in their intestines and prevent infectious diseases in the gastrointestinal tract.
Important consideration of cream consumption in children
One of the important points about cream is that it spoils quickly at room temperature, so consuming rotten or problematic creams can immediately cause digestive problems in the child.
For this reason, it is strongly recommended that children use fresh pasteurized cream and avoid using unpasteurized and old creams for children.
