If you’re not feeling the best, then you may want to consider drinking one of the 3 juices for total cellular regeneration. What does cellular repair have to do with feeling good? When you feed your body the nutrients it needs, cells can function better and repair at a faster rate, which means less grogginess, less inflammation, and an overall sense of feeling well.

The fresh juice of plants, is very similar to the juice of our cells. The essential elements that may be lacking in your body cells (live enzymes, bioactive vitamins, minerals and trace minerals) can easily be re-assimilated through daily juice consumption. Juices are like a massive vitamin and mineral transfusion, as nutrients are absorbed at a much faster rate.

Always be sure to use organic produce as much as possible, and drink immediately after extracting. You can also be creative with these recipes and use whatever greens and produce you have in your garden, or based on what is in season. When juicing greens, always be sure to pair them with sweeter tasting vegetables or fruit to off-put the bitter taste (or, if you’re like me, just drink them straight-up 😛 )

Juices For Total Cellular Regeneration

Lemon Water: (right upon waking – not a “juice” per say)

Drink lemon water in the morning to help flush out toxins. Squeeze 1 lemon into 1 litre of water to do a full-body flush.

Orange Carrot Juice: (mid-morning)

Oranges are great for pulling out toxins from our cells and the natural sugars help feed our glucose-hungry brain. Lemon is great for replenishing electrolytes we require throughout the day.
– 4 large oranges, peeled
– 3 carrots
– 3 inches turmeric root
– 1 lemon, peeled

Green Juice: (afternoon)

Fresh green juices used without any additional dietary changes have a great effect on a wide range of diseases. The human being dies from over 250 known diseases, whereas grass-eating animals in the wild, such as the horse, deer, steer or elephant are prone to only five or ten diseases. The only explanation that scientists have been able to come up with is that these animals are living on a diet that is fresh and grown naturally by the earth without the use of chemicals.
– 1 large cucumber
– 5 stalks celery
– 1 bunch cilantro or parsley
– 2 cups spinach, kale, or romaine
– 2 apples
– 2 inches ginger root
– 1 lemon, peeled

Beet Juice: (mid-day)

Beet juice helps to replenish our blood cells and prevent anemia.
– 3 beets, peeled
– 2 apples
– 3 carrots
– 1 cucumber
– 4 stalks celery
– 1 lemon, peeled
– 3 inches fresh ginger root
