Avoid heart diseases by eating fruits daily

They divided the amount of fruit consumption in subjects into groups of never, monthly, 1-3 times a week and 4-6 times a week. The findings of this study showed that there is a dose-dependent relationship between fruit consumption and cardiovascular disease. In other words, the higher the intake of fruit, the lower the infection rate.
