Boost Your Energy Levels with this Ginger and Peach Bee Pollen Smoothie

Combine these benefits with ginger’s incredible health properties, and then add the sweetness of peaches and the ALOHA Daily Good Berry for an amazing smoothie. Ginger and Peach Bee Pollen Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients: (Serves 1-2)

– 1 to 2 cups almond milk
– 2 inches ginger, peeled and chopped
– 1/2 cup frozen peaches
– 1 ripe banana
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon
– 2 packets of ALOHA’s Daily Good Berry
– 1 teaspoon bee pollen

Preparation:

First add the almond milk into a blender, and then the peaches and chopped ginger. Technically, your blender can chop the ginger for you, but it’s easier if you start the process by peeling and chopping it by hand. Break up the banana into chunks and add it in after you’ve blended it a few pulses. Lastly, add the cinnamon, ALOHA Daily Good Berry, and bee pollen. Blend until smooth.
