Mahdovian added: In rare cases, when a person suffers from a weak immune system, undergoes chemotherapy, or if a person is infected with cancer or HIV, this virus is reactivated in the person’s body during adulthood, and this time it appears as a “shingles” disease.
This member of the academic staff of Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences stated: Shingles disease first appears with severe pain in the area where the skin rash is supposed to appear, and this pain is the kind of pain that is sometimes accompanied by heart pain or kidney pain (depending on the area of occurrence). skin rash) is confused.
He stated: This disease usually does not cause fever and after two to three days skin rashes and red pimples appear in the pain area and usually these rashes do not spread all over the body. The spread of this disease to others is less than chicken pox and it can be spread through skin contact.
He pointed out that there is a suitable treatment for this disease and added: With the use of medicine, the course of the disease is slowed down within two to three days, the appearance of skin rashes is reduced, and the course of the disease is stopped and cured within a short period of time.
