Cure all pains with apples!
Eating an apple a day will save you from going to the doctor. Apple is one of the healthiest foods around us.
Apple strengthens the stomach and protects the gastric mucosa, reduces blood cholesterol, tonics the liver and heart, removes uric acid from the blood, is anti-rheumatism, purifying, and keeps body tissues young.
According to Tasnim, “everyone who eats an apple a day has kept the doctor away”. This is an English proverb and the French have also adopted it. This sentence has a real example and apple should be considered as a panacea for all diseases.
According to the late Dr. Seyed Jalal Mostafavi, the ancient doctors were fully aware of these miraculous properties of apples, and Aristotle has reached the point where he makes a strange exaggeration and says: “I wonder how anyone who eats apples every day will die.” Even many of the prophets, saints and leaders of religion who have left instructions for their nation in the form of short sentences, have not overlooked these matters and have emphasized eating apples, as it has been narrated from Hazrat Ali, peace be upon him, that He said: “Eat apples in Ashar” means eat apples at dawn.
– Apple strengthens muscles and nerves (one of the best fruits).
– Apple strengthens the stomach and protects the stomach lining.
– Apple is an intestinal antiseptic (it causes diastasis secretion in the stomach to kill bacteria).
– Apple strengthens the liver and reduces its congestion (which is the cause of most diseases).
– Apples reduce blood cholesterol (according to Leon Binet, the former head of the Paris Medical School, this property is due to the presence of pectin in apples).
Apple removes uric acid from urine.
– Apple is anti-rheumatism.
– Apple is mild.
– Apple purifies the blood.
– Apple keeps tissues young.
Are all these wonderful properties in apples, each of which alone has a very good effect in treating diseases and ensuring the health of the body, not enough to allow us to introduce apples as a medicine?
