Description of the 21-day slimming diet

  • In this 21-day slimming diet, take a Multi Daily every day to prevent the natural side effects of the slimming diet (hair loss, sagging and dry skin).
  • Compulsory brisk walking for half an hour every day.
  • Along with walking, other aerobic exercises such as swimming, cycling, rope climbing and mountaineering at least 2-3 times a week are very recommended for burning fat, especially in the abdomen and flanks, so in my opinion, one of the exercises for better results. Follow the walk.
  • In all these 21 days, consume at least 8-12 glasses of lukewarm water per day. Do not drink water with food under any circumstances as this will lead to overeating.
