Ingredients:
– 3 cups ripe pineapple
– 1 ripe banana
– 1 tsp. chia seeds
– 3 inches turmeric root (or 1 tbsp. raw turmeric powder)
– 1 tbsp. unsulfured coconut flakes
– 1 cup coconut water or regular water
