Pineapple Ginger Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
– 3 cups ripe pineapple
– 1 cup young coconut water
– 2 stalks celery
– 2 inches fresh ginger root
Method:
Stick all of the above ingredients in a blender, and blend on high for 30-60 seconds or until smooth and frothy. Enjoy!
