Effective sports in sexual relations, in men and women
A physiologist stated: Doing five sports is effective in raising the quality of sexual relations among young couples, of course these five sports are recommended for men, but there will be no problem if women do them too.
First sport: Swedish swimming:
Among the sports, this sport is very suitable. If you can’t do it in the normal form, do it half-standing and with the help of a wall or a chair. Do 12 or 15 repetitions each time in three turns. When you get enough preparation, put your knees on the floor and do this. Do the movement. In this position, your back should be straight and go down slowly until the tip of your nose touches the ground. The second exercise: Abdominal exercises:

The fifth exercise: pulling or pushing exercises:
In a gym, you can do a variety of pushing or pulling movements with the help of special equipment.
In general, warming up the body through exercise before sex can be very useful. On the other hand, exercising regularly increases sexual ability significantly. Exercises such as walking, swimming, Running, pilates, yoga, cycling or any other exercise you like will be very helpful.
A research shows that a 60-year-old swimmer has the same sexual ability as a 40-year-old person. On the other hand, even at the age of over 55, people who have regular sexual activity are fitter and healthier than younger people. So exercise as much as you can.
