Cinnamon increases the body’s metabolism and thus is very effective in the process of weight loss and fat burning.

Grapefruit increases digestion time due to its high content of soluble fiber. Eating half a grapefruit or a glass of water before meals causes a feeling of fullness and therefore can be effective in controlling appetite and food intake.
