Getting fat by fighting

Stress caused by work pressure, conflict with a colleague, discussion with spouse and child, cause weight gain with high consumption of sugar and fats by a person.
Ohio State University experts have recently found that arguing between husband and wife causes sudden obesity and overweight in them.
It should be noted that experts believe that couples’ depression and discomfort after fighting and arguing with each other causes the body to burn less food and absorb more calories from food and sudden obesity.
Studies show that experts believe that fighting can cause fat storage in the blood and create fat layers next to the muscles.
Experts warn that fights and differences between couples, in addition to psychological effects, cause obesity, followed by chronic non-communicable diseases such as diabetes, blood pressure, and blood lipids.
Experts have obtained these results by researching 43 healthy and thin couples in the age group of 24 to 61 years for 3 years.
