Help men’s fertility by following these recommendations

Infertile men should follow a series of recommendations and important points so that they can achieve fertility and have children and try to solve their problems with the things we bring in this article.
In general, 15% of young couples are infertile, which is about 2 to 3 million couples. If 800 thousand to 1 million marriages are registered in the country every year, the number of infertile couples will increase by 150 thousand. These 3 million infertile couples are those who have not used any contraceptive method for 1 year, but have not yet had a child and have not taken any treatment.
Although men produce millions of sperms per day, many factors can affect the health of these sperms, and since it takes about 75 days for sperms to develop, damage to them can affect the strength of infertility.
the heat
The testicle cannot function properly unless it is cooler than the rest of the body. If the temperature of the testicles rises, the production of sperm stops, and stopping the production of sperm can have a negative effect for months. The heat lowers the total number of sperm, and the motility of the sperm decreases.
The following factors should be taken into account to prevent testicle heating:
Hot tub or jacuzzi: Even a few minutes in a hot tub or hot tub can temporarily reduce sperm production.
Fever : An increase in body temperature due to fever can have the same effect as heat on a man’s sperm.
Laptop : The use of a laptop that is continuously placed on the feet and produces heat causes a disturbance in sperm production in men. A direct relationship between the use of laptops and an increase in the temperature of the testicles has been seen.
Tight and plastic underwear and shorts: Wearing tight shorts even during exercise reduces sperm production.
Advice : Use loose, cotton, thin and cool underwear. With a regular schedule, wash your testicles for 1-2 minutes each time using cool water (temperature of cold milk water). Washing the testicles 6-8 times a day will be useful in reducing heat.
Mobile phones:
Excessive use of mobile phones and putting them in pants pockets can damage sperm production.
Advice : Do not put your cell phone in your pants pocket near your genitals
obesity
Obese men suffer from reduced function of the testicles and their sperm count is significantly lower than other people. Decrease in sperm count, sexual dysfunction and infertility are other complications of obesity.
Advice : Get your weight to the right size with a proper diet and exercise
addiction
Tobacco, alcohol, marijuana and other drugs can disrupt sexual function and interfere with sperm production. Alcohol consumption has a bad effect on semen and the quality of its production. In various studies, the effect of smoking on fertility has been evaluated, and its adverse effects have been well proven.
Advice : Quit smoking, hookah, pipe or any kind of addiction. Continuing to use cigarettes will definitely have a negative effect on the success rate of your infertility treatment. Avoid drinking alcohol.
Contact with toxins in the environment
Contact with insecticides, pesticides, organic solvents, lead, ionizing radiation, heavy metals and toxic chemicals causes a decrease in fertility in men.
Advice : If they deal with these materials in their work environment (printing houses, lead, agricultural poisons, radiology devices, etc.) they should use protective covers and masks.
Bodybuilding steroids
These substances are used by people who want to have bulky muscular organs, these drugs cause the body to not be able to make the testosterone hormone naturally, which will eventually cause a decrease in sperm production. Many athletes who repeatedly use these drugs as doping will suffer from this problem.
Advice : Avoid taking drugs and bodybuilding substances
Mental and physical stress
Physical, mental and emotional stress can temporarily lower sperm count, which may be caused by changes in sex hormone levels.
Advice : Avoid stress. Problems with tension and stress have not been solved, but will probably increase
Nutrition
Nutrition has a direct effect on sperm ability. The use of ready-made food with preservatives causes disruption in sperm production.
Advice : Use foods rich in vitamin C and other antioxidants. These substances help to prevent sperm defects and increase its movement. A glass of orange juice per day contains approximately 124 mg of vitamin C.
Take enough zinc. Many studies show that even short-term zinc deficiencies can reduce sperm volume and testosterone levels. Food sources of zinc include green beans, pinto beans, lentils, eggs, liver, meat, almonds, walnuts, and yogurt. Foods containing folic acid include pinto beans, spinach, meat, liver, whole grain bread, beer, cheese, and dates. Use beans, milk, eggs and bananas. Increase your calcium and vitamin D intake. Good sources of calcium include low-fat milk and yogurt.
Do not use alcoholic beverages. It is recommended to eat more fruits and vegetables. Consumption of fruits and vegetables causes more movement of sperm. Fruits and vegetables such as tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers are rich sources of antioxidants.
Consuming foods high in saturated fat such as hamburgers and fries and monounsaturated fats such as full-fat dairy products may harm sperm quality. Avoid consuming these foods.
