Sometimes just one drop of carrier oil can be enough for the whole body skin. Another way to use carrier oils is to combine them with vegetable oils. To do this, put fresh or dry herbs in a container and cover it with base oil. After a week or two, the oil will absorb the smell and aroma of that plant and of course its other healing properties.

Carrier oils, or base oils, are obtained from different plants that are often odorless, and this odorless body makes them able to take on the smell and aroma of the blended oil. Base oils are easily and quickly absorbed by the skin and have a long-lasting effect. These oils should be stored in dry, cool and dark places because sunlight and heat activate their compounds and some interactions occur in them.

sweet almond oil
This pale yellow oil is obtained from almond kernels and is rich in protein and suitable for all skin types. It relieves itching and dryness of the skin and reduces inflammation.

corn oil
This oil is pale yellow and contains a lot of protein and minerals and is suitable for softening all types of skin.

Grape seed oil
This oil is colorless and odorless and is obtained by pressing grape seeds. It contains vitamins and minerals and can be used for all types of skin.

Avocado oil
This oil is dark green and is obtained from the avocado fruit. It contains essential vitamins, proteins and fatty acids and is suitable for all skin types. Especially for dry skin and people who suffer from eczema.

olive oil
Its color is pale yellow and sometimes dark green. It contains protein, minerals and vitamins. Heal some pains and reduce muscle and joint pain.
Sesame Oil
Dark yellow sesame oil is rich in vitamins, minerals and amino acids, it is used to treat arthritis, psoriasis and eczema and is suitable for all skin types.

Jojoba oil
This very famous oil is similar to natural skin oil; Because it contains protein and a type of fatty and hair-shaped substance, very similar to collagen, and helps to reduce body inflammation and improve acne, and is suitable for all types of skin.

Castor oil
The oil is yellow and odorless and is obtained from the seed of a plant called castor. It is one of the few oils that dissolves in alcohol and can be used for all types of skin, hair, nails and lips.

What are the main oils?

The oils obtained from the distillation of the leaves, roots and bark of some useful plants are the main oils that have a high concentration. The easiest way to see these oils is when you peel the orange. When peeling an orange, a kind of oil is sprayed in the surrounding area with the smell of the orange itself. The price of these oils is very different. Among these oils are:

foot oil
Garlic has antibacterial properties. Its oil is very strong and should not be applied directly on the skin. To improve foot pain, combine 6 drops of this oil with a quarter cup of light sesame oil and massage the feet with it.

Energizing massage oil
The smell of rosemary is intoxicating and peppermint oil can increase blood circulation. Combine 1 teaspoon of fresh rosemary with 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1 teaspoon of mint, and ½ cup of light oil (almond, sunflower, and olive). Put these herbs and oil in a suitable container and put it in the microwave and heat it a little, but don’t boil it; Then let it cool down, then filter out the coarser material and massage it on your skin after showering.

Relaxing massage oil
Chamomile and lavender plants smell clean and are very suitable for treating insomnia. These plants, along with essential oils, help us to have smooth and soft skin.
1 teaspoon of chamomile flowers, 1 teaspoon of lavender flowers and half a cup of light oil (almond, avocado or grape seed oil)
Combine in a pyrex container and place in the microwave, remember the oil should not boil. Then wait for them to cool and then pass them through a strainer and use them for a massage before going to bed.

Healing lavender oil
Lavender essential oil should be available in every home. This oil is effective for treating superficial and small cuts and bites and of course as a natural antibiotic.
Mix 2 drops of lavender oil, 2 drops of green tea oil and 1/4 of a light oil (jojoba, castor or sunflower seed), clean and dry the affected area with warm water, then apply some of the oil with a cotton ball. Headache relief oil
To treat headache, use chamomile essential oil and apply it on your neck. This oil is very soothing. Combine 4 drops of essential oil (lavender, peppermint, rosemary or chamomile) with a quarter cup of almond or grapeseed oil and pour into a clean container. For massage, pour 1-2 drops of it on the lower neck, close your eyes, take a deep breath and rub that area.

A combination of these oils gives you a very soothing and effective medicine that can also make your skin very soft.
Peanut oil: 2 tablespoons
Avocado oil: 2 tablespoons
Sesame oil: 2 tablespoons
Almond oil: 2 tablespoons
Combine these oils and store in a clean and dry container. When using, pour some of them on the surface of your skin and start massaging. Do this in the bathroom.
