How much water should we drink?

Most people’s bodies are dehydrated, but they are unaware of it. By drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water every day, you can properly hydrate. Of course, the important thing is that the consumption of this amount of water should be divided throughout the day, so that there is no constant need to go to the bathroom.

The effect of a healthy diet

If the diet includes at least five servings of fruits and vegetables per day, it will largely prevent dehydration. Whenever you are thirsty and you don’t have proper nutrition, try drinking cold water, research has shown that cold water is better absorbed by the body than warm water.
