He continued: Due to the protective and moisturizing effect of protein on the skin, you can use cold milk compress, which is full of protein, to get rid of sunburn.
Sadaqat Peseh said: By eating fruits, you can supply the skin with antioxidants and help the healing process.
Sedaghat Pishe emphasized: drinking green tea with pomegranate juice, which has anti-inflammatory and soothing properties, and using aloe vera plant for pain relief.
