Foods rich in beta-carotene, such as carrots, are rich in antioxidants that have anti-aging properties.
Eggs contain protein, vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin B7 and vitamin B12, which are necessary to have one serving per day to have strong and healthy nails.
Skim milk is an excellent source of calcium and vitamin D and is considered a combination for strengthening nails and hair growth. Yogurt and low-fat cheese also have the same properties. If you are unable to use these dairy products, try soy milk to strengthen nails.
