He added in the scientific conference on esophageal cancer: the reason for reducing esophageal cancer has been the improvement of economic and social situation, especially in rural areas.

Malekzadeh pointed out 10 main factors in the incidence of esophageal cancer that should be avoided from childhood: consumption of hot tea, opium, hookah and tobacco, not consuming enough vegetables and fruits, consuming unhealthy drinking water, inactivity and obesity Excessive oral hygiene is the most important risk factors for esophageal cancer.

He pointed out that tea with a temperature of more than 70 degrees can cause esophageal tissue problems, he said: “People can play an effective role in preventing the disease by changing their diet and not eating hot drinks.”

The Deputy Minister of Research of the Ministry of Health pointed out: 50% of cancers that are diagnosed in time can be treated with combined methods.
