Dr. Abbasalti added: Also, tomatoes and their ingredients such as sauce and paste, which contain nutrients and contain lycopene, prevent prostate cancer.

He said: Mushrooms stimulate the immune system and are a good source of selenium, copper, tryptophan, phosphorus, zinc, manganese, protein, iron and calcium, folate.
