1- Eat only cooked foods

When you cook food, you have actually digested it before it reaches your mouth, which means that your digestive system no longer needs to work hard to break down raw food.
2- Add digestive spices to your food

3- Chew more slowly

4- Chew fennel seeds after meals

When you take half a teaspoon of candied fennel after a meal, you are actually consuming an all-natural source of acid neutralizers. If you don’t have a problem with sourness or spiciness, you can use half a teaspoon of cumin along with zanyan to prevent bloating.
