Principles of nutrition in the first days of pregnancy

We want to suggest a suitable diet for the first month of pregnancy to pregnant women. Some women suffer from varicose veins during pregnancy. What tricks can we use to get rid of this condition? Eating foods rich in folate and vitamin B6, fruits and dairy products. They will be useful and effective in this regard.
In the first months of pregnancy, women will experience symptoms of nausea, bloating, vomiting, headache, muscle cramps, and menstrual-like conditions, as well as hunger and excessive drowsiness. In some women, these symptoms may not appear at all, or in some people they may be more severe.
In any case, it is very important for a pregnant woman to have a healthy and balanced diet to maintain the health of her mother and fetus. So make sure you include the following ingredients in your diet during the first month of pregnancy:
