This apple lemon parsley juice is rich in vitamin K, which, unknown to most people, is required for the body to use calcium, and thus build strong bones and teeth. Vitamin K is one of the most important minerals for improving bone density, and individuals who are vitamin K deficient often suffer from higher risk of bone fracture.
Thankfully, parsley is one of the best sources of vitamin K (among others like spinach, kale, and beet greens). It also contains eugenol, a natural antiseptic compound that keeps our teeth and gums healthy!
Make sure that you swish your mouth with some water after drinking this juice. Although the lemon is alkaline once converted by digestion in the stomach, it can still make the teeth sensitive. Water will help wash away any acid the lemon leaves in the mouth.

– 2 pink lady apples (choose whatever variety you like best!)
– 2 inches ginger root
– 4 stalks celery
– 1 lemon, peeled

Run all of the above ingredients through a juicer, and enjoy immediately to prevent oxidation. You can also make this juice without a blender by blending in a high-speed blender like the ones designed by Froothie and then straining in a nut milk bag.
