Reduce pain during the first sexual intercourse

Some young brides are afraid of having their first vaginal sex and are worried about the pain of sex. We want to point out some of the methods that help reduce intercourse pain. Meet the first vaginal intercourse.

Women’s first sexual intercourse is usually a painful experience, and sometimes women bleed during their first vaginal intercourse because most women’s hymens rupture during their first vaginal intercourse.

In addition to vaginal sex, the hymen may be damaged by certain sports movements or the use of tampons. The hymen is a small, thin tissue of skin that completely or partially covers the entrance to the vagina.

One of the causes of painful first sex is a ruptured hymen. In most women, lower pelvic floor muscle spasms are another cause of pain during first sex. Of course, believing and expecting pain during the first sexual intercourse also subconsciously causes muscle cramps and spasms, which makes it more difficult for the partner’s penis to enter the vagina. Thus, a person’s fears, worries, and misconceptions make first sex more painful for women.

To overcome the pain of the first sexual intercourse, one should put aside fears and worries and enjoy the first experience of a relationship with one’s spouse in natural and simple ways.
