Strawberry Ginger Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

– 2 ripe frozen bananas
– 1 cup organic strawberries
– 1 cup peeled and diced kiwi
– 1 inch ginger root
– 1 cup young thai coconut water (or regular water)

Method:

Stick all ingredients in a blender and pulse blend until well combined. Enjoy!
