Rise N’ Shine Cereal, A Healthy Breakfast Alternative

Why feed yourself commercial, over processed cereals that leave you starving for energy when you can try “Rise & Shine” recipe? This recipe is so easy to prepare and taste fantastic that you will wonder why you didn’t try it sooner. Once you get the ingredients on hand you can start to boost your morning cereal and provide yourself with energy all day long, while still getting to eat the cereal you love. ‘Just add in’ some good!


– 1/4 cup of your favorite cereal
– 1 tbsp. flax seed ground
– 1 tbsp. hemp seeds
– 1 tbsp. sunflower seeds
– 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
– 1/2 cup quinoa sprouted or cooked
– 1 tbsp. honey
– hand full of dried fruit of choice (organic to avoid sulfites). I have used goji berries in this photo
– 1 cup hemp milk (1 cup water, 2 tablespoons hemp seeds – blend together for 30 seconds – done!)
