Grind a teaspoon of flaxseed until it is completely ground. Boil a liter of water and add ground seeds to it. Let it boil for 15 minutes. Strain the solution and let it cool. Then add two spoons of coconut oil and stir. Let these two ingredients mix completely for 10 minutes. Shampoo your hair and rinse with lukewarm water. Pour the solution on your hair and leave it for 10 minutes. Then rinse the hair. Repeat this once every two days.
Rosemary at the service of long hair health
Prepare two tablespoons of honey, five tablespoons of olive oil, edible rosemary juice and a lemon. Mix honey and olive oil in a container and add two drops of edible rosemary juice to it. Put the mask on the hair and cover it with a towel. Wash your hair with shampoo after 45 minutes. Take the lemon juice in advance and pour it on the hair at the last stage of rinsing so that the hair is shiny and the smell of rosemary disappears. Rinse the hair again
