Step-by-step tutorial on putting on contact lenses (video)

These days, because it is fashionable to put contact lenses in the eyes, we decided to prepare for you how to put them step by step and in pictures.
If your lens is not disposable, you must keep it in lens solution. This makes it clean and soft and prevents it from becoming microbial.
Pay attention to its use-by date. Some lenses last a day, some a few weeks and some a few months. Never wear an outdated lens.
To the eyes of the lens:
1- Wash your hands well with soap and water. Then dry with a clean, lint-free towel.
2- Open the lens package and if your left and right eye are different according to the doctor’s instructions, pay attention to the left and right eye. It doesn’t matter if the lens is cosmetic.
3- Place the lens on the index finger of the hand that you are comfortable with. Make sure that the lens is not on the left side. If the edges are slanted outwards, it means it is left. Try not to put the lens on the nail. To make it easier, pour a little solution on your hand.
4- Check that your lens is not torn or dirty.
5- With the index finger of your other hand, pull up your eyelid and with the middle finger of the hand that has the lens, pull the bottom of your eye. If you get the skill, just draw the bottom of the eye.
6- Slowly and without stress bring the lens close to the eye and look up.
7- Fix it exactly in the middle of the eye in the mirror.
8- Close your eyelid and rotate your eyeball a few times until the lens is fixed on the eye.
