21-day slimming diet – Day 15

# Sample meal plan for the 15th day:
I have dedicated the 15th day of the program to the milk shock diet. The milk diet is a type of diet that cleanses the body of toxins, and for this reason, it is a nerve pain reliever and does not put psychological pressure on the dieter. Due to its abundant calcium, this diet includes skeletal and muscular health, especially in women.
# 3-day diet shock program:
1 glass of low-fat milk + 2 dates
- Morning snack:
1 banana + 1 orange + 1 apple
1 glass of low-fat milk + 2 dates
1 apple + 1 orange
1 glass of low-fat milk + 2 dates
1 apple + 2 tangerines
- For people who experience hypoglycemia in these 3 days, I recommend consuming 5 grated carrots per day.
- Don’t forget to drink lukewarm water during the day.
- As a habit, always drink 2 glasses of lukewarm water at night before going to sleep and in the morning after waking up. By doing this, you will increase your body’s metabolism and you will not suffer from constipation.
