The new diet of Europeans

This diet is one of the best diets that people in Europe take to maintain their health and plan their eating patterns using it. We suggest you learn more about this healthy diet.
The Nordic diet includes a set of traditional foods from Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden, and its proponents claim that it is the best diet for low blood pressure and weight loss.
The main nutrients in this diet include whole grains such as oats, berries, and other fruits and vegetables, especially cabbage, potatoes, and carrots. Fatty fish and legumes such as peas and beans play a major role in the Nordic diet. Poultry meat, local eggs, cheese and yogurt are consumed in moderation.
Red meat and animal fats are rarely consumed. Beverages containing sweeteners, added sugars, processed meats, food supplements, refined foods, and fast foods are excluded in this diet.
The Nordic diet is a very healthy eating pattern that incorporates many elements of the Mediterranean diet. Both diets emphasize the prevention of heart disease and include plant-based foods such as moderate amounts of fish, eggs, and small amounts of dairy products other than processed foods, sweets, and meat.
There is only one difference, and that is that the Mediterranean diet includes olive oil and the Nordic diet includes rapeseed (or canola) oil.
