Thigh and hip reduction regimen

If you are not satisfied with the size of your thighs and buttocks, we suggest that you reduce their size with natural foods and succeed with effective nutritional methods in this field and achieve fitness. Obesity and overweight have become common among Iranians. And it will have many side effects and consequences for their health.
Breakfast:
1 grapefruit with 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Snack:
10 raw almonds
Lunch:
1 palm of fish or 6 shrimps or a ton of whole fish without oil with 4 tablespoons of brown rice
evening meal:
2 plums and 2 dried figs with 1 fruit
Dinner:
2 eggs with a glass of salad and 1 barley toast or 8 tablespoons of lentils

- Brown rice is a good source of manganese.
- One cup provides 80% of the body’s daily requirement of manganese. Manganese helps generate energy and prevents weakness and pimples.
- One tablespoon of peanut butter contains more than 4 grams of protein, about 1 gram of dietary fiber, 104 mg of potassium, less than half a gram of iron, 12 micrograms of folic acid and 1.5 grams of sugar.
