Banana Pear Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
– 3 ripe pears, seeded and chopped
– 2 ripe bananas
– 1 frozen banana
– 2 pitted medjool dates
– 2 inches fresh ginger root
– 1/2 cup cucumber
– 1 celery stalk
– 1 cup coconut water or filtered water
Method:
Put all of the above ingredients into a blender and blend for 30-60 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
