This Beet Juice Detoxes The Liver while Oxygenating The Body and Reducing Inflammation

Beets are a miracle vegetable. They are packed with beneficial phytonutrients, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

From the Middle Ages, beetroot was used as a treatment for a variety of conditions, especially issues that concerned the digestive tract and cardiovascular system. Nowadays, beets are known for their whole-body healing effects.

– 2 medium beets, peeled
– 1 cucumber
– 1 handful of kale
– 2 apples
– 1 carrot
