This Mango Turmeric Coconut Smoothie Bowl Is Superior To 10+ Medications At Reversing Disease

Turmeric is an amazing herb. It has so many healing properties, that there are now over 10,000 peer-reviewed articles published proving its benefits.

When compared to conventional medicine, turmeric proves just as effective as many pharmaceutical medications. Many studies have even stated that using curcumin (the active component in turmeric) is more advantageous than certain prescription drugs.

When looking at the research, turmeric benefits far outweigh the following:
– Anti-inflammatory drugs
– Chemotherapy
– Pain killers
– Anti-depressants like Prozac
– Anti-coagulants like Aspirin, Plavix, Diclofenac, Lovenox, Advil, Motrin, Naproxen and others
– Diabetes drugs like Metformin
– Cholesterol drugs like Lipitor
– Arthritis medications
– Inflammatory bowel disease drugs
– Skin care
– Steroids

This isn’t surprising, given the fact that curcumin is one of the most powerful anti-inflammatory compounds in the plant-food world. Most chronic disease is the result of too much inflammation in the body, and this is something turmeric can help eliminate.

Turmeric also doesn’t come with any side effects, opposed to the multitude of side effects that all prescription medications come with (like excessive bleeding and hemorrhage, headaches, difficulty breathing and more).

This mango turmeric coconut smoothie bowl is deliciously sweet, and grounding. I suggest making it for breakfast in the morning, and eating it at least every second day to reap the amazing benefits of turmeric.
