This Nutmeg Paste Will Help You Fall Asleep And Relieve All Your Insomnia Symptoms Overnight!

Getting a poor nights sleep has a variety of different consequences for the body. It increases levels of anxiety and depression, impairs cognition, increases risk of stroke and some cancers as well as suppresses the immune system.

If you’re struggling with insomnia or sleeplessness, you’ve probably tried sleeping pills –  but sleeping pills come with a cost. Benzodiazepines like Xanax, Valium, Ativan, and Librium are anti-anxiety medications, while barbiturates are used in anesthesia.

Although these drugs help you feel drowsy and allow you to fall asleep, they have a high risk of dependency and come along with some nasty side effects like:

– Changes in appetite
– Constipation
– Burning or tingling in the hands, arms, feet, or legs
– Diarrhea
– Difficulty keeping balance
– Dizziness
– Dry mouth or throat
– Daytime drowsiness
– Gas
– Headache
– Heartburn
– Mental slowing or problems with attention and memory
– Stomach pain
– Weakness
– Sleepwalking

Instead of opting for sleeping pills, going the natural route is more often than not the best choice.

Nutmeg, surprisingly, is a natural sedative that helps manage insomnia and improve sleep quality. Even just inhaling the spice for a few deep breaths can make you drowsy.

All you need to do is measure out 1/8-1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg and mix it with a little bit of honey to form a paste. Eat it straight from the spoon or mix it in a little bit of water and then drink.

Because nutmeg is hallucinatory in nature, taking large doses is not recommended. Sticking to 1/8-14 teaspoon per night is the perfect amount to ensure a settled sleep without any hallucinations.
