This turmeric orange lemonade does amazing things to support your health. It literally kicks inflammation right out of the water.
Turmeric is one of the most powerful natural anti-inflammatories available! It offers natural support to the body when dealing with arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, cystic fibrosis, and other inflammatory-related diseases. Turmeric Orange Lemonade Recipe
– 4 inches fresh turmeric root
– 2 inches fresh ginger root
– 5 carrots
– 2 oranges, peeled
– 1 lemon, peeled
– 1 tbsp. holy basil (fresh or powder, if using fresh, use 2 tbsp.)
Run all of the above ingredients through a juicer, except for the holy basil if you are using dried (if using fresh, run through the juicer). Add in dried holy basil at the end, and mix. Enjoy!
