What do you know about gout?

Gout is a disorder that is triggered by an increase in blood uric acid. The incidence of this disease is many times higher in men than women. Gout is often referred to as the disease of the rich because eating too much meat is one of the causes.

Exacerbating factors of gout

Excessive meat eating (especially beef and veal and not much difference between red and white), alcohol consumption, body leukemia, kidney failure, prolonged and excessive hunger, obesity and lead poisoning, Obesity Excessive consumption of eggs with fish can lead to incurable skin diseases such as leprosy, paralysis, gout and hemorrhoids.


Obese beef, especially in the phlegm temperament, strengthens the body and slows digestion; But they produce thick blood and cause melancholy such as cancer, leprosy, splenitis, skin disease, obsessive-compulsive disorder, sciatica, joint disease, rising cold and thick vapors above the body, bad breath, heart discomfort, premature birth and nausea. According to the verse of the Qur’an in Surah Al-Baqarah, the best type of beef is yellow beef and the best time to eat it is spring, and beef such as cinnamon, pepper, ginger, onion, parsley, angelica, garlic, tartar and cumin are good.
