Whiten your skin and teeth with sea salt

Honey and salt both have anti-inflammatory properties. This property heals redness and pimples on the skin. Mask recipe:

To prepare this mask, just two teaspoons sea ​​salt (Preferably ground) Mix with four teaspoons of raw honey to make a paste. Apply this paste on all clean and dry parts of the face. Let the mask stay on the skin for 10 to 15 minutes. Before washing, soak a cloth in very hot water and then soak it in water. Put a warm cloth on your skin for 30 seconds. Then wash your face with lukewarm water. When washing, gently rub your skin to completely remove impurities and dead skin.

Skin oil regulating toner

Sea salt helps to deeply cleanse the pores of the skin and in addition controls the amount of fat that the skin produces. As a result, salt is effective in controlling skin oil and acne. To observe the effects of salt on your skin, you can mix 120 ml of warm water with a teaspoon of sea salt and pour the mixture on one side of the face. Spray this solution once or twice a day on clean and dry skin of your face (except eyes).

Emollient body scrub

Salt is a natural and gentle exfoliator that removes dead skin. Salt also contains salts that help soften the skin and restore its moisture. Mix a quarter cup of sea salt with half a cup of olive oil or coconut oil to make a paste. If you like, you can also add a few drops of a favorite vegetable oil to the mix. Apply this paste in the bath on your skin using a cloth or cloth in a rotating manner.

Salt and baking soda both help to remove plaque and whiten teeth. Salt is also a natural fluoride that is very good for your teeth and gums. Mix one teaspoon of salt and two teaspoons of baking soda. Dip your wet toothbrush into the mixture and brush your teeth as usual. If the mixture does not taste good, you can also apply a little toothpaste on your toothbrush.

Nail lightener

Salt softens hard skin around the nails and at the same time strengthens the nails themselves. Baking soda and lemon juice also reduce yellowing of the nails and give the nails a healthy and bright look. Pour a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of baking soda and a teaspoon of lemon juice in half a cup of warm water and cut the nails. Put in this mixture for 10 minutes. Then brush on them with a soft brush. Wash your hands and use a suitable moisturizer.

Natural mouthwash

Salt is a natural disinfectant that kills bacteria in the mouth and prevents bad breath and tooth decay. Mix together half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of baking soda and a quarter cup of water until the salt is completely dissolved in the water. Then pour some of the solution into your mouth and swirl it completely between your teeth. Then take the solution out of your mouth and rinse your teeth with water.
